With all of its ongoing issues aside, Monster Hunter Wilds took several great leaps forward for the series, both in terms of offering a grander scale and even more monster-hunting variety than its predecessors. Despite lacking the Wirebug Skill abilities of Monster Hunter Rise or the variety of side quests and decoration in Monster Hunter World, the latest Monster Hunter Wilds does adapt several long-standing aspects of its beloved spin-off series.
