D&D's Apocalyptic Subclasses Hint at Dark Sun Revival

Dungeons & Dragonsisn't slowing down with the subclasses in 2025, and the newest additions seem like a big tease for the next direction the TTRPG will take. While subclasses are officially introduced in sourcebooks, they're often previewed in Unearthed Arcana playtest documents, which D&D periodically releases on the D&D Beyond website. Appearing in Unearthed Arcana is no guarantee that material will make it into the official game, but it does mean that it's under consideration.
