The Toxic Avenger remake is reportedly causing a lot of walkouts in early screenings. A remake of the 1984 film of the same name, the upcoming film is written and directed by Macon Blair, following the downtrodden janitor Winston Gooze, who, following a freak accident, transforms into the titular mutant vigilante known as The Toxic Avenger.
