But on a weekend in November, that population can shoot up to over 6,000 when the Fallout Fan Celebration comes to town. The 3-day event is exactly that, a celebration of all things Fallout, from the video games to the Amazon series. The town itself is featured in the game Fallout: New Vegas, with fans making the pilgrimage to the desert before the event had even begun.
