The news that Watson season 2 will finally introduce Sherlock Holmes to the show’s cast could be good or bad for the CBS medical procedural’s future. Watson season 1’s ending proved that, although the show’s debut outing was strong, the medical drama had not yet emerged from the long shadow cast by its missing star, Sherlock Holmes.
