The arrival of Franklin Richards in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has stirred up discussions about his powers compared to the Scarlet Witch's, but there is only one right answer in this debate. As much as the Multiverse Saga has drastically shifted the balance of power in the MCU, only a few can compete for the top spot.
