Dragon Ball is one of the most popular anime and manga franchises in history. Over the course of four-plus decades, Akira Toriyama's original battle shōnen masterpiece manga has spawned countless highly successful adaptations, spin-offs, and sequels, giving way to a sort of longevity with which very few other titles can compare.
