Noah Wyle, the star of the acclaimed HBO Max series The Pitt, says "never say never" when it comes to cameos from his former castmates from ER. Wyle, who played Dr. John Carter on the NBC medical drama for almost ten years, has returned to the hospital floors as Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch.
