The new changes in NCIS: Tony & Ziva will address nearly all the complaints viewers have had over the past few years. The original NCIS series began airing on CBS in September 2003, showcasing crime-solving, military investigations, and the lives of special agents from NCIS. It quickly became one of the most popular shows of its time.
