South Park's version of Kristi Noem shoots dogs in season 27, episode 2's alternate ending, which has now been uploaded for free online. South Park season 27, episode 2 parodied even more figures from President Donald Trump's administration. The episode's biggest punching bag was Kristi Noem, the Secretary of Homeland Security, who is seen shooting dogs as a running gag.
