A major Severance theory about Mr. Milchick has been addressed by star Tramell Tillman as the wait for season 3 of Apple TV+'s sci-fi drama continues. Of all the characters in Severance, there are more mysteries surrounding Milchick than almost anyone else. This has given rise to a theory that he's also a prisoner at Lumon despite not being severed.
