Whether it is things like gritty action, dark comedy, or bold adult animation, Netflix doesn’t shy away from pushing boundaries, which is why it has become a powerhouse streaming platform for R-rated movies. From movies like Barbarian to Kandahar, there have been many recent R-rated films that have shone on Netflix, and the site has been great for comedies.
