19 years later, NCIS: Tony & Ziva can finally recreate one iconic scene that had a significant impact on their relationship. The NCIS spinoff will follow former NCIS special agents Tony and Ziva in their new life in Europe as they deal with threats while also raising Tali. Among the many things to look forward to, one scene sticks out.
