CSI fans might be in for a letdown as a new update from the producer casts doubt on the future of the franchise. It originally ran for 15 seasons until 2015, followed by spin-offs like CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, and CSI: Cyber. In 2021, the franchise returned with CSI: Vegas, continuing its legacy on CBS.
