After looking back at how the show's characters relate to one another, Ayo Edebiri explained why The Bear's Carmen "Carmy" Berzatto and Sydney Adamu can't become a couple. By the end of The Bear season 3, Carmy and Sydney have only been portrayed as friends and co-workers.
