Bungie, the iconic studio behind the original Halo games and Destiny, is officially losing its key leader of the past decade. Despite the studio's impressive pedigree, some Bungie efforts have recently faced a more mixed reception, with complaints about Destiny 2's content vaulting and controversies surrounding the upcoming shooter Marathon. All the same, it remains one of the most recognized names in the industry, and any shake-up at the studio is notable.
