Netflix's Fifty Shades of Grey replacement movie surges on the U.S. streaming chart immediately after release. Originally started as a fan fiction of Twilight titled Master of the Universe, the E.L. James' novel was developed into an original novel with characters' names changed and setting added to avoid copyright issues.
