Xbox has been stepping up its game recently - literally - with its first-party output. While the Xbox One era was marred by disappointing sequels and a lack of newer titles, the Series X/S era, especially towards the tail end of its life, has been filled with strong first-party games. However, that may not always be the case, especially as Xbox's biggest franchise is on a bit of a decline at the moment.
