Chicago Med season 11 will feature the real-life son of one of The Pitt's most popular stars. Both medical dramas, Chicago Med--which has aired since November 2015--takes place at the fictional Gaffney Chicago Medical Center, while 2025's The Pitt is set in Pittsburgh and shows an unflinching depiction of what ER doctors go through.
