Though often derided, The Marvelsis a lot better than many would give it credit. As the MCU’s follow-up to Captain Marvel and a crossover with Ms. Marvel and WandaVision threads, it had a lot riding on it. Unfortunately, the movie became one of the MCU’s lowest-grossing installments. Yet beneath the disappointing numbers lies a movie that’s far from a disaster.
