Marvel's Avengersfranchise has some of its best and worst stories, from soaring epics to outright trash. However, only one Avengers story is the most financially successful of all time and a total mess that gets way more respect than it's due. Indeed, it's not just the most overrated Avengers story, but probably Marvel's most overrated of all time.
