Now, an outstanding competitor, anime, is making a tremendous impact in Western soil. Sony pioneers the latest iteration of this tumultuous development with their distributor, Crunchyroll, and their co-collaboration with Ufotable to create Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle. The animated movie is currently making historic earnings at the US box office, threatening Disney’s mainstream appeal.
