Most shrines you'll climb up to in Ghost of Yotei are nothing more than that, but if you look around the start of the Amber Respite Shrine's trail, you'll find a note that begins the "A Flower for Your Thoughts" tale. Your goal will be to pick three blue flowers on the shrine trail, but they can be easy to miss.
