Ghost of Yotei has 12 armor sets, most with matching masks and helmets or headbands. A few will be given to you by default, simply by playing through the main story, but most of them are rewards for optional content. Armor is usually given for major side quests, but some are slightly more hidden, requiring thorough exploration of Ghost of Yotei's map.
