Claire (Julie Bowen) and Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell) of Modern Family may seem like shoe-ins for the "best sitcom parents" award, but Ray (Ray Romano) and Debra (Patricia Heaton) Barone on Everybody Loves Raymond have got them beat.
