The MonsterVerse gets another installment with a sequel to Netflix's 2023 animated series Skull Island. Kong's MonsterVerse story started with Legendary's blockbuster Kong: Skull Island, which not only spawned its crossovers with Godzilla but also the animated series Skull Island. The show provided a deeper look at the titular location, introducing new threats through the eyes of a new group of human survivors.
