The Hulk returns in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's final release of the year in a big way, and it is the perfect example of why I'm hoping the Spider-Man: Brand New Day Savage Hulk theories will be accurate. Bruce Banner is one of the franchise's veterans, having been in it since 2008, when the MCU's timeline started, though Mark Ruffalo joined later.
