A beloved former Death in Paradise inspector will have a special role in season 2 of the show's Australian-set spinoff, Return to Paradise. 14 seasons in, Death in Paradise is still one of the BBC's best cozy murder mystery shows. As such, Return to Paradise had a lot to live up to.
