It: Welcome to Derry has introduced Operation Precept, explaining a little more about the show's military subplot. It: Welcome to Derry episode 2's release date marked a minor change for the show. Rather than releasing a week after the premiere on Sunday, November 2, as was expected, the second installment was released on October 31 as a Halloween treat for audiences.
