There are a few stinkers in the Friday the 13thfranchise, but one movie is so bad that it has ostensibly been scrubbed from the canon. 1980's Friday the 13th was rushed out to capitalize on the burgeoning slasher craze, but it ended up launching a massive franchise that heavily influenced the genre.
