The news that 2026’s upcoming Buffy The Vampire Slayer show is a “Sequel” is a huge reassurance from director Chloé Zhao. Initially, the news of the upcoming Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot seemed like a mixed blessing. After all, the original show is a classic of ‘90s teen TV horror, and a hard act to follow.
