Just in case any one thought the shockingly horrific Absolute Joker was as twisted or monstrous as DC's villains would get in the company's new universe, the re-imagined version of Reverse-Flash has officially been revealed. And in bad news for The Flash, this take on Eobard Thawne is a literal speed demon.
