The Nightmare Before Christmas is one of the best holiday movies ever, which is why I'm always so confused why people argue it also works as a Halloween movie. Conceived of by Tim Burton and brought to vivid life by Henry Selick and his stop-motion team, The Nightmare Before Christmas is a darkly hilarious delight.
