Manhwa adaptations are having a moment, and Solo Leveling deserves credit for kicking that door wide open. Its explosive action and power-fantasy appeal turned a webcomic into a global anime hit almost overnight. For many viewers, it was their first real exposure to Korean source material animated at a blockbuster level.
