Warning: There are spoilers ahead for Stranger Things season 5.The fate of Robin (Maya Hawke) and Vickie's (Amybeth McNulty) relationship is addressed by Stranger Things creators Ross and Matt Duffer. Vickie learns about the Upside Down and helps Robin and her friends fight against the supernatural threats in season 5. However, the Stranger Things series finale does not explicitly confirm what happens to their relationship in the aftermath and Vickie does not appear in the epilogue.
