The Fantastic Four: First Steps was an exciting Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, but not a perfect one, and the franchise's new confirmed prequel will help fix its biggest problem. The Fantastic Four heroes will return soon to the MCU, with the team set to play a key role in Avengers: Dooomsday's story. After all, Reed Richards and Doctor Doom are rivals.
