Some action thriller movies are perfect from start to finish, and hook you early, with the stakes remaining high throughout. A few gaps are there for the audience's respite that provide the filmmakers with an opportunity to introduce and explore other avenues for suspense. The breadth of the experience matters as much as the depth in a large-scale thriller.
