As someone who has been part of various modding communities, people's work on Falloutis a thing of beauty. The setting is already ripe for player-created scenarios, including a whopper that has just been released.Over on Nexus Mods, you can pick up Fallout Legends, which is the culmination of a decade of hard work. It's also an "all-stars" setting for all of Fallout, which is perfect for any fan, from the classic era through the most recent mainline release of Fallout 4.
