Netflix's new 2025 report supports their decision to renew their crime show with an 83% Rotten Tomatoes score despite its initial miniseries status. Netflix often points to their successes when determining which shows they want to renew. Even if a show is meant to be a one-off, such as Stranger Things, if the streamer sees long-term success, they'll act on it.
