Ballard, the spinoff of Bosch: Legacy with 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, has added its first major character after a season 2 renewal. Premiering in July and drawn from the Michael Connelly character, the Bosch spinoff centers on Detective Renée Ballard (Maggie Q.) as she leads Los Angeles’ severely underfunded cold case division with an all-volunteer team.
