Since Avatar: Fire and Ash's release in December 2025, the film has grossed over $1.4 billion worldwide, as fans are re-immersed in the colorful world of Pandora and its never-ending lore. The franchise's box office, which has made James Cameron the second-highest-grossing director of all time, is reflective of the time and effort put in not only by Cameron but by his various production teams.
