Fallout Just Dropped Another Overseer Steph Bombshell In The Season 2 Finale

Fallout season 2 covered a lot of ground in exploring the Wasteland and some of the characters in it, but one of the most exposed after season 2 is the Vault 32 Overseer, Steph Harper. While Annabel O'Hagan has been playing the character of Steph Harper since season 1, it would have been impossible to predict where the character ends up, considering her early appearances.
