As you explore the tiny islands dotted around Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined's map, you'll often come across little tokens called Mini Medals. These coin-shaped, star-patterned items are basically useless on their own, but, once you collect enough of them, you can trade them in for fabulous prizes.
