Agent from Above is an upcoming Taiwanese fantasy series from Netflix that has been seven years in the making, but if everything the streamer says about the series is true, then the wait will have been worth it. Netflix has no shortage of fantasy TV shows, but the ceiling for these shows is often pretty low.
