The sitcom genre is infamously populated by successful shows that perhaps go on a few seasons too long: The Big Bang Theory, Mrs. Scrubs, Two and a Half Men, etc. To make matters worse, the notoriously brutal sitcom arena is also a place where too many great shows get canceled before their prime.
