Despite launching back in 2023, Hogwarts Legacyfinds itself back in the spotlight over three years on for a myriad of reasons. Not only is a sequel currently in development, but it is also expected to coincide with the launch of HBO's Harry Potter, which airs in 2027. Although we do not yet know what this entails, we do know that it will be an exciting few years for Harry Potter fans despite the controversy now tied to the beloved franchise thanks to its original author, J.K. Rowling.
