The Punisher Isn't a Hero So Please, Stop Calling Him One

Marvel's insistence on trying to make the Punisher a "hero" is truly the source of controversy surrounding the character, more than his logo. The skull logo has become contentious in its own right, as a result of becoming a charged, politically-infused symbol outside the comics, yet in its own right, this issue stems from Marvel's mishandling of Frank Castle.
