New Pokémon TCG Set's Most Valuable Cards & Pull Rates Appear Online

The Pokémon Trading Card Game's newest set has a somewhat unique format, but luckily, the details about pull rates and values are already available. Start Deck 100, which was released in Japan last week, has a variety of 102 decks chosen at random. While the pull rates for most of these decks are reasonable, one of them seems much rarer than the rest.
